Deposit will be taken from card details to secure any booking. The deposit is 25% or £100, whichever is greatest. There is a charge of 5% for credit cards (MasterCard and Visa). Debit cards are charged at £1.50 per transaction (Switch/Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit, and Visa Electron). These are the charges to us for processing cards. Payments can also be made by bank transfer or cheque at no additional cost.
The deposit is non refundable or transferable. The balance must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to start date of holiday. This will be taken from the card details 56 days prior to holiday start date. We will accept cheques or bank transfer, for final payment, provided we are notified of your intention to pay by this method. Payments must reach us 8 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday; otherwise the balance will be taken from your card details. Balance non refundable or transferable if cancelled within 8 weeks of holiday.
If booking is taken within 8 weeks of departure, then full payment is required, this is non refundable or transferable if cancelled.
We urge all clients to purchase their own travel insurance at the time of booking.
No booking will be accepted of groups aged between 16 and 24 years of age. Proof of identity and age may be asked for.
Clients are responsible for the safekeeping of keys and keeping the good condition of the apartments.
We operate a no smoking policy within the accommodation; smoking is allowed only on the balconies.
Check in time is 5 pm and you must vacate by 11am of your departure day.
We provide bed linen, please bring your own towels.
